Provision Answer Sheets Examination Materials Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of answer sheets and examination materials at an estimated cost of Rs. 6.015 million. Bids are invited from reputable registered firms. Interested bidders must download tender documents from the Director of Purchase and Store office or the university website and submit their profiles, technical bids, and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal. Hard copies of technical and financial bids, together with bid security, must also be submitted separately to the procuring agency. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a demand draft or CDR in favour of the Treasurer, or by deposit into the university account at Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch, Dera Ghazi Khan. Bids will be received until 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on 9 November 2026. The University General Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and will convey grounds for rejection upon request.
