Description

Provision of security guard services for Vocational Training Institute Dhobi Ghat and its Satellite Campus Pansra, with one guard at each location, from commencement of services until 30 June 2027, estimated at eight months. The contract may be extended subject to satisfactory performance, applicable rules, budget availability and approval of the competent authority. If extended, one additional guard will be required from 1 July 2027, making three guards in total at the same quoted monthly rate. The estimated cost for two guards through 30 June 2027 is Rs. 1,088,000 inclusive of all costs and taxes. Fixed bid security of 4%, amounting to Rs. 43,520, is required. Bids are invited from reputable security service providers with at least three years of security services experience, registration with Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority, registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, a Ministry of Interior no-objection certificate, a valid Punjab Home Department licence, EOBI registration, Social Security registration and life insurance coverage for security guards. Firms must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. Bidding follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-procurement system and the PVTC website. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM at the Principal Office, VTI Dhobi Ghat. Bid security must be paid through 1Link or online bank transfer against the PSID generated for the tender, and the paid slip must be uploaded with the technical proposal. Bid validity is 90 days. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date and time communicated through the system.
