Supply Rear Blades Cultivators Farm Tractor Tender Notice
Description
Supply of rear blades and cultivators for an agriculture farm tractor at an estimated cost of Rs. 2.558 million. Bids are invited from reputable registered firms. Interested bidders may obtain or download the tender documents from the Director of Purchase and Store office or the university website by 4 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidders must submit their profiles, technical bids and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal. Hard copies of the technical and financial bids, together with bid security, must be submitted separately to the procuring agency. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a demand draft or CDR in favour of the Treasurer, or by deposit into the university account at Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch, Dera Ghazi Khan. Bids will be received until 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on 4 November 2026. The University General Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and will communicate the grounds for rejection upon request.
