Procurement Weedicides Pesticides Agriculture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of agricultural weedicides and pesticides comprising Atlantis Supper 6WG in 100-gram packs, quantity 200 units, and Buctril Supper 600 EC in 300-millilitre packs, quantity 100 units. The estimated amount stated in the notice is Rs. 0.790 million. Bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding follows the single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Bidders must upload bids through the Punjab e-procurement portal by 12:00 PM on 4 November 2026. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price is required in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order from the Bank of Punjab. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder on a whole-lot basis. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Agronomic Research Institute, Faisalabad, during office hours from 20 October 2026 to 27 October 2026. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-procurement portal. The procuring agency will not bear costs incurred by bidders in preparing or delivering bids. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
