Computer Hardware Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of computer hardware equipment for departmental use including complete supply of required computing systems and related hardware ensuring operational efficiency. Bidding will be conducted under single stage two envelope method where technical proposals will be opened first and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened. Bids must be submitted in sealed separate envelopes clearly marked as technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 2.5 percent of quoted value must be submitted with financial proposal in favor of Section Officer Admin. Tender documents are available against prescribed fee and can also be downloaded from official portal. Submission and opening will follow scheduled timings with provisions for rescheduling in case of public holiday. Eligibility requires registration with relevant tax authorities.
