Description

Procurement of consumable materials for Electrician G-II, Electronic Application G-II, D/Man G-II, Welder G-II, HVACR G-III and Electrician G-III courses at the Government Technical Training Institute, Jauharabad. The six packages are TEVTA/GTT/JHB/26/542 for Electrician G-II, estimated at Rs. 107,600 with bid security of Rs. 5,380; TEVTA/GTT/JHB/26/543 for Electronic Application G-II, estimated at Rs. 107,600 with bid security of Rs. 5,380; TEVTA/GTT/JHB/26/544 for D/Man G-II, estimated at Rs. 75,200 with bid security of Rs. 3,760; TEVTA/GTT/JHB/26/545 for Welder G-II, estimated at Rs. 107,600 with bid security of Rs. 5,380; TEVTA/GTT/JHB/26/546 for HVACR G-III, estimated at Rs. 80,000 with bid security of Rs. 4,000; and TEVTA/GTT/JHB/26/547 for Electrician G-III, estimated at Rs. 60,000 with bid security of Rs. 3,000. Bids are invited under the national competitive bidding procedure using the single-stage, one-envelope method from active tax bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab PPRA website. Completed bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Refundable bid security equal to 5% must be deposited electronically through the available e-procurement facility. Bidders are responsible for uploading their bids before the deadline. Accumulative rates for the whole tender will be used to determine the lowest evaluated bidder. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the bidding documents must accompany the bids. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total contract amount within seven days of award, in the form of a demand draft, pay order or call deposit receipt in favour of the Principal, GTTI Jauharabad. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
