Purchase of machinery and IT equipment on a lot basis comprising three desktop computers Core i7 13th generation with estimated cost Rs. 1.026 million, six laptop computers Core Ultra 9 with estimated cost Rs. 3.528 million, one cordless microphone for Android devices with estimated cost Rs. 0.025 million, one mobile workstation machine Core Ultra 9 with estimated cost Rs. 3.040 million, and one 10 KVA UPS with estimated cost Rs. 1.000 million. Bid security is 3% of the estimated cost. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax with active status. Authorized dealers must possess valid authorization certificates for the quoted brands and have a service center in Lahore. Firms must have at least three years of experience in private and public sector departments. Procurement will follow open competitive bidding under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the Punjab e-procurement system and hard copies will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system and no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Prices must be best and final and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Samples or brochures must be supplied on demand, and bidders must provide a certificate undertaking free replacement of stores found substandard or at variance with specifications. Alternate proposals, conditional bids, incomplete, unsigned, unstamped and late bids will be rejected. NTN, PRA and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid.
