Provision of pumping machinery having 4.0 cusec discharge under an approved development scheme for financial year 2026-27 under the PMSP Programme, based on MRS second biannual 2026 rates applicable from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. The estimated cost is Rs. 6,456,000 and earnest money equal to 5% is Rs. 322,800. Registered contractors, firms, authorized dealers and vendors having GST registration and a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category for 2026-27 are eligible to participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be furnished through the digital bid security facility and must be successfully generated, paid and verified electronically before the closing time. Bids without valid digital security will be treated as non-responsive. Bidders must quote rates against each individual entry or item of the DNIT and BOQ instead of percentage rates and must completely fill rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages where required. Blank entries or incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually during evaluation. Submission of fake documents or security information may result in disqualification, blacklisting and referral to PPRA and PEC. In accordance with the cited Punjab Government instructions, required bid securities, performance securities and guarantees must be issued through the Bank of Punjab. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals before acceptance.
