Event Management Services Scholarship Events Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of event management services under framework contract for arranging scholarship award events including planning coordination logistics and execution of events under scholarship program ensuring smooth operations. Bidding will be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS with electronic submission only. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in form of CDR or bank guarantee before deadline. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated separately and opened as per schedule. Pro Tip Ensure compliance with EPADS submission and proper bid security documentation to avoid rejection.
