Hiring Of Training Service Providers For Skills Inclusion Tender Notice

Hiring of training service providers for the Umeed - Skills for Inclusion Program for transgender persons for a contract period of one year, extendable for further terms. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 89,856,030. Bids are invited from reputable, experienced and tax-registered bidders under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents containing the requirements, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions through the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab Skills Development Fund website. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System; submissions through other means and late bids will be rejected.
