Description
Procurement of printer consumables for Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore. The complete package includes 108 HP 25X black toner cartridges for HP LaserJet M806dn printers (CF325X); 1 HP 93A toner for HP LaserJet printer (CZ192A); 3 HP 151A toners for HP LaserJet printer (W1150A); 24 HP M806dn 220V maintenance kits (C2H57A); 15 HP 826A black laser toner cartridges for HP M855 Color LaserJet printers (CF310A); and 10 HP 828A black laser imaging drum kits for HP M855 Color LaserJet printers (CF358A). Total estimated package cost: PKR 24,618,800. Bid security: PKR 1,230,940, equivalent to 5% of estimated cost. Performance guarantee: 10% of contract amount. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable, and registered on Punjab e-Procurement. Procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online by 5 November 2026 at 1:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the office of the Deputy Secretary Procurement and Store. Bid security must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and quoted on FOR basis. Samples may be checked in the Procurement/Store Section against the stated specifications. The procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35(1).
