Boring of a tubewell and construction of the tubewell chamber at Fordwah Canal for Danish School (Boys and Girls), Chishtian, District Bahawalnagar. Lot No. 1. Estimated cost: PKR 3,026,000. Bid security: PKR 60,514, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Completion period: 3 months. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for FY 2026-27 in the relevant category and specialisation codes, NTN and STRN registrations, PRA certificate where applicable, and active tax-filer status. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement follows the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under applicable Punjab PPRA rules. Bid security in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order must be in favour of Punjab Daanish School Boys Chishtian, remain valid through 30 days after bid validity expires, and be uploaded on the e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available free of cost from PPRA, Punjab e-Procurement and Danish Schools websites. Electronic bids must be submitted by 5 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. The response period is calculated from publication on the PPRA website.
