Tender No. UOR/DP/2026-27/10. Providing and fixing of curtains at the University of Rasul, Mandi Bahauddin. Estimated cost: PKR 8,822,000. Bid security: PKR 176,440, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible reputable firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and General Sales Tax, as applicable, maintain an active taxpayer profile and have adequate experience. Procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents in English, including item specifications, quantities and conditions, are available through Punjab e-Procurement, PPRA and the university website. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and uploaded online with a scanned copy of bid security and affidavit. The original affidavit, in an envelope marked with the bidding-document number and title, must be submitted to the Director Purchase by the bid deadline, failing which the bid may be rejected. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments such as CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees are not accepted. Bid closing: 5 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, University of Rasul, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity: 120 days. If the deadline falls on an official holiday or closed day, submission and opening will take place on the next working day, Monday to Friday, at the same time. The response period is calculated from publication on the PPRA website.
