Supply of 60 biological compound microscopes with digital imaging systems and display monitors for mobile veterinary dispensaries under ADP Scheme CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries, ADP No. 2590, FY 2026-27. Estimated cost: PKR 66,000,000. Bid security: PKR 1,320,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders and authorised distributors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders may quote for one, more than one or all listed items; award will be made item-wise to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder for each item. Procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidding documents, technical specifications and proposal forms are available free of cost through the Livestock and Dairy Development Department website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security in favour of Director General (Extension), Livestock and Dairy Development Department Punjab, must be deposited at the Bank of Punjab against a PSID generated through the portal. A scanned copy of the deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11 November 2026 at 2:00 PM. Technical bids will open the same day at 2:30 PM. Late and physically submitted bids will not be entertained. Clarification queries must be uploaded through the portal.
