Description
Procurement of two laptops for the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), University of Sargodha, under Tender No. PC-II/04/2026-27. Quantity: 2 units. Estimated cost: PKR 990,000. Bid security: PKR 29,700, equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost. Interested firms must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement and with Income Tax and GST departments. Bids must be submitted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Directorate of Procurement and Stores in the presence of firm representatives. Bidding documents are available free of cost after publication through the University of Sargodha and PPRA websites. Bid security must be submitted online through the prescribed procedure on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Procurement follows Punjab PPRA Rule 38(2)(a), single-stage, two-envelope procedure.
