Procurement Thermal Imaging Drones Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of two thermal imaging drones for the project Establishment of Wildlife Communication Hub and Experience Facilities in Punjab, with an estimated cost of PKR 10,000,000 and fixed bid security of PKR 200,000. Procurement shall follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped in accordance with the tender documents, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will open at 11:30 AM on the same day. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates and all other documents required by the tender documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered. Bidders should register on the e-procurement portal and upload bids well before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Pro Tip: Drone suppliers should verify thermal imaging capabilities, technical specifications, accessories and warranty requirements against the bidding documents. Prepare separate technical and financial envelopes, ensure tax registration documents are valid, and confirm electronic submission before the deadline to compete for this wildlife monitoring equipment contract.
