Procurement Thematic Furniture Fixtures Giraffe Cafe Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of multiple thematic furniture and fixture items for Giraffe Cafe under the project Establishment of Wildlife Communication Hub and Experience Facilities in Punjab. The estimated cost is PKR 20,602,500 and fixed bid security is PKR 412,050. Procurement shall follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped in accordance with the tender documents, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will open at 11:30 AM on the same day. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates and all other documents required by the tender documents must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or incorrectly submitted bids will not be considered. Bidders should register on the e-procurement portal and upload bids well before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Pro Tip: Commercial furniture manufacturers and fit-out contractors should review the thematic design, quantities, material specifications and installation obligations in the tender pack. Ensure that technical and financial submissions are complete, tax certificates are current and the bid is uploaded successfully before the deadline.
