Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV cameras together with allied equipment and accessories. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Bids must include bid security in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original bid security and covering letter must be delivered in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar, by the bid closing time. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, quantities and conditions are available to registered EPADS v2.0 bidders.
