Procurement Of Linemen Safety Boots Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of linemen's safety boots in assorted sizes. E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Bids must include bid security in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original bid security and covering letter must be delivered in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar, by the bid closing time.
