Procurement Pipettes Laboratory Set Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of pipettes with set for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore. The requirement comprises two sets each covering measuring ranges of 0.2–2 µL, 0.5–10 µL, 2–20 µL, 10–100 µL, 20–200 µL and 100–1000 µL. The estimated amount is PKR 1,020,000 and bid security is PKR 20,400, equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount. Delivery shall be on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms at PKLI Lahore. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals and authorized manufacturer representatives registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PKLI website, Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 11 November 2026; hard copies are not required. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and physical bid security is unacceptable. Bidding follows the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 11 November 2026 in the presence of attending bidders' representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day shall be treated as the closing date. PKLI is not responsible for bidder costs incurred in preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids. The Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, prevail in case of conflict with bidding documents.
