E-auction of operations of parking facilities and collection rights of parking fees at Jallo Botanical Garden, Lahore, with a two-year non-extendable tenure, reserve price of PKR 0.6 million per annum and bid security of PKR 0.2 million (33.33%); Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore, with a one-year extendable tenure, reserve price of PKR 20 million per annum and bid security of PKR 3.5 million (17.5%); Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore, with a one-year extendable tenure, reserve price of PKR 5 million per annum and bid security of PKR 1 million (20%); and Picnic Point Jallo, Lahore, with a one-year extendable tenure, reserve price of PKR 3 million per annum and bid security of PKR 0.5 million (16.66%). Eligible individuals, sole proprietors, firms, associations of persons, companies and joint ventures must possess an NTN and be active tax filers. Registration for the online auction is available through the e-auction portal from two days after publication until 30 October 2026. A two-hour pre-auction workshop is scheduled for 20 and 21 October 2026 at 3:00 PM at the committee room of Horticulture Agency Lahore headquarters, Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. Live online bidding is scheduled for 3 November 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If an offer is received during the final minute, the auction will be extended by three minutes, with extensions continuing for further competition until a maximum closing time of midnight on the auction day. Successful offers will be published on the portal. Bid security must be deposited online through banking applications or PSID. Unsuccessful bidders will receive refunds after deduction of an auction fee of PKR 10,000. The highest bidder's security will be retained during the lease period and refunded subject to the condition that public property has not been damaged. The highest bidder must pay the auction fee together with the first advance-rent instalment. The agency is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, power failures or bidder equipment malfunction and reserves the right to reject all proposals or cancel the process before acceptance.
