Description

Procurement and installation of a stainless-steel ducting system for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) at the Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority building on a free-on-rail (F.O.R.) basis at the PAFDA office in Lahore. The estimated cost is PKR 5,369,336 and the required bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 107,400. Bidders and suppliers must be registered with the tax departments and Pakistan Engineering Council and hold a valid PEC licence in category C-6 or above. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit electronic bids using the PDF upload method. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bids must include the required documents and be submitted electronically by 10:30 AM on 6 November 2026.
