Repair and overhauling of a 15 CUSEC horizontal pump, Pump No. 3, at Khan Village Disposal North Sub Division Disposal Station, WASA Multan. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,718,518, with digital bid security of Rs. 54,370, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Engineering firms and contractors must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Registered bidders can obtain bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions through the official e-Procurement portal. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total contract amount within the period specified by the procuring agency, in the prescribed form and valid for the period stated in the bidding documents or contract. The procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35.
