Description

Supply of uniform items for special students at Government Special Education Centre 18-Hazari, Jhang, for financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,000,000, with bid security of PKR 100,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Bids are invited from firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax. The single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure applies under the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. All bid documents and bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the procedure established in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab. Unsuccessful bidders bid security will be discharged or returned as prescribed under the bidding documents and Rule 38(2)(a)(vii) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount through the prescribed electronic system and execute a formal contract agreement before issuance of the supply order. Failure to comply with the procuring agency requirements may result in annulment of the award and forfeiture of bid security; the procuring agency may consider awarding the contract to the next lowest evaluated bidder within the bid validity period or inviting fresh bids. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, which will be deducted under government rules. Bid validity is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The submission deadline is 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM, and bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:30 AM. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
