Description

Procurement of miscellaneous and other items, Lot No. 3, for newly appointed Additional Deputy Commissioners and Additional Assistant Commissioners in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi. Estimated amount: PKR 8,000,000. Bid security: PKR 400,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Delivery period: 90 days. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors must be duly registered with SECP where applicable, relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Open competitive bidding will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available free of cost through Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA websites. Complete bids must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. Bid security must be provided through a digital bank guarantee or 1LINK payment method in favour of the Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 10% of the contract price in accordance with Rule 56 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. The agency may verify credentials and documents and may increase or decrease the scope or quantities subject to budget availability and applicable rules. Corrupt, incomplete, unreadable or malware-infected electronic proposals may be declared non-responsive. The agency may reject all bids under Rule 35.
