Description

Repair of Aesculap Camera-e-Console, make Aesculap, model PV 440, serial number 3083, used for laparoscopic and endo-urology procedures and installed in the Urology Operation Theatre Phase III, Lahore General Hospital. Estimated cost: PKR 1,950,000. Bid security: 2% of the total estimated cost, equivalent to PKR 39,000, to be provided as a digital bank guarantee through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism. CDRs, pay orders and demand drafts are not accepted as bid security for this procurement. Participating firms must be financially sound and registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Procurement follows the single-stage, one-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the applicable Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents in English, including detailed requirements and terms, are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders. The bidder must approach its bank using the PSID generated by the e-Procurement system for issuance of the digital bank guarantee in favour of the procuring agency. The guarantee must follow the prescribed banking mechanism, including SWIFT/MT-760 through the designated Bank of Punjab advising-bank arrangement, and identify the procuring agency, tender number, PSID, amount and nature of guarantee. The successful bidder must furnish a 5% performance guarantee as a digital bank guarantee through the prescribed system. Procurement may be cancelled if sufficient funds are unavailable; quantities may be increased or decreased in accordance with applicable rules. Manual bids are not accepted.
