Supply of shoes for winter and summer seasons for special students at Government Deaf and Defective Hearing High School for Boys, Gulberg-II, Lahore, for financial year 2026-27. Lot 2 covers boys' shoes for winter and summer. Estimated cost: PKR 1,510,200. Bid security: PKR 30,204, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms and bidders must have relevant prior experience and registration with income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax departments. Delivery must be made free of cost to the school. Procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be uploaded in PDF format through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be submitted online in accordance with the cited Government of Punjab instructions dated 19 May 2026 concerning integration of financial instruments with banking services. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for failure to submit a bid caused by technical errors or internet connectivity. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected bids or bids uploaded under the wrong lot may be rejected. Quoted rates must include applicable government taxes, including GST, and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Each bidder must upload a performance certificate on PKR 100 stamp paper declaring that the firm is not a defaulter or disqualified by PPRA or the procuring agency and is not involved in a criminal case or convicted. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total supply cost within the period specified in the advance acceptance of tender. Supplies must be delivered within 30 days of the supply order, and defective or incorrectly sized items must be replaced.
