Plra External Audit Chartered Accountants Fy 2025 26 Tender Notice
Description
Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) invites electronic bids/proposals for hiring a chartered accountants firm to conduct the external audit of PLRA for FY 2025-26. Estimated cost: PKR 1,960,000. Bid security: PKR 50,000, as stated in the notice. Procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope method under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 6 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM at the procuring agency office. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner; physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, are not accepted. Proof of electronic bid-security submission must be attached with the bid. Manual, conditional and postal tenders will not be entertained. Tender notice and bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website. Response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
