Buildings Division Dera Ghazi Khan invites electronic item-rate bids for establishment of Kulsoom Nawaz Cancer Hospital at Dera Ghazi Khan, ADP No. 256 for FY 2026-27, Group No. 1. DNIT/estimated cost: PKR 1,802,463,000. Earnest money/bid security stated in the notice: PKR 90,124,000, described as 5% of estimated cost; this amount differs slightly from a direct 5% calculation and should be verified against the official DNIT. Technical sanction: Chief Engineer (South) Lahore, No. 2026-27/239/Dev dated 22 October 2026. Completion deadline: up to 30 June 2029. The listed scope includes construction of the main hospital building and additional items, canteen, laundry, incinerator, mosque, female doctors hostel, boundary wall, gate and gate pillars, carpet road, external development, residential supervision charges, horticultural charges/PHA, MEPCO charges and PRA, as specified in the notice and DNIT. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and codes for FY 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically through the system; physical CDRs and other physical banking instruments are not accepted. Contractors must quote item rates for each BOQ entry, item totals and grand total; percentage-above/below rates are not accepted. Every page of the DNIT/bid must be signed and stamped. Bids must be submitted online by 10 November 2026 before 1:00 PM. Rates will be announced at 1:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Commissioner, Dera Ghazi Khan Division, Dera Ghazi Khan, in the presence of participating contractors or authorised representatives holding an attested power of attorney and the Tender Opening Committee. Successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of receiving the offer letter, in a permitted form valid for three months beyond the completion or extended completion time. False information or documents may lead to disqualification and blacklisting proceedings. The procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35. Recovery for credit of old materials will be adjusted during evaluation, and contractors' claims must be submitted electronically.
