Pafda Video Surveillance System Lot 1 Tender Notice

Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority, Home Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids under Tender Reference Proc.08/26-27(IPC) for procurement of a Video Surveillance System, Lot 1. Estimated cost: PKR 55,000,000. Bid security: PKR 1,100,000, equivalent to 2% of estimated cost. Quantity and technical specifications are as given in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders/suppliers must be registered with relevant tax departments in Pakistan and on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS). Procurement follows open competitive bidding under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be uploaded through PEPS using the PDF upload method by 6 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM the same day in the Committee Room, PAFDA building, Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore. Bid security must be submitted electronically through PEPS; physical CDR, pay order or bank guarantee is not accepted. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from PEPS or the PPRA website. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
