Buildings Division Rajanpur invites e-tenders for construction and rehabilitation of 33 official residences of Assistant Commissioners, one at Tehsil Jampur, District Rajanpur, ADP No. 3466/2026-27. DNIT/estimated cost: PKR 45,836,000. Earnest money/bid security: PKR 2,291,800, equivalent to 5% of estimated cost. Technical sanction reference: Executive Engineer Buildings Division Rajanpur No. 504/DB dated 21 October 2026. Time limit: up to 30 June 2029. Eligible engineering firms/contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and codes valid for FY 2026-27. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids and physical bid-security instruments are not accepted. Bid security of 5% must be submitted digitally through the system, and the required PSID must be generated. Contractors must quote item rates for every BOQ item, item totals and the grand total; percentage-above/below rates are not accepted. The bid and every DNIT page must be signed and stamped. Rates must follow the department-uploaded DNIT, and incorrect units may be adjusted in the comparative statement as stated in the notice. Bidders must submit online item rates by 11 November 2026 before 12:00 PM. Rates will be announced at 12:30 PM on the same date at the office of the Commissioner, Dera Ghazi Khan Division, Dera Ghazi Khan, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and participating contractors or duly authorised representatives holding an attested power of attorney. A 10% performance guarantee is required from the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter, in a form permitted by the notice and valid for three months beyond completion or extended completion. False documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting proceedings. The procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35.
