Description

Kohsar University Murree invites electronic bids under Tender Notice KUM/PROC/GDS/2026-27/001, Lot 4, for purchase of multimedia projectors. Estimated cost: PKR 1,948,320. Bid security: 2% of the estimated lot cost; calculated amount is PKR 38,966.40, subject to the official bidding-document and e-procurement payment rules. Eligible reputable firms, manufacturers, suppliers and authorised dealers/distributors must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Procurement is lot-wise under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders may bid for one, multiple or all lots, but each bid must cover all items within the relevant lot; partial-lot bids are not accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement by 10 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids open at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room, Admin Block, Kohsar University Murree. Upload scanned evidence of digital bid-security payment and the scanned Affidavit (Form 8.6) with the technical bid. Original hard copies of bid-security payment evidence and affidavit must reach the Office of Director (Purchase & Store) before the submission deadline. Prices must be on FOR destination basis at Kohsar University Murree, Jhika Gali Campus, Murree. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened lot-wise at a date and time notified later through the e-procurement system. If the deadline falls on a public holiday or office closure, the next working day applies. Detailed projector specifications are in the bidding documents.
