Framework Contract Medicines Medical Devices Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for day-to-day local purchase of medicines and medical devices, including surgical and disposable items, for 2026-27, with an estimated cost of PKR 9 million under Package 01. Package 02 covers procurement of medical gases for 2026-27, estimated at PKR 1.8 million. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement System. Interested bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System before participating. Bidding will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited through the prescribed online PSID procedure in favour of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian, Chiniot. Electronic bids must be uploaded by 18 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Late bids will not be entertained. The procurement process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Pro Tip: Pharmaceutical suppliers, medical-device vendors and medical-gas providers should review the package-specific requirements, calculate the 2% security separately for each package and complete e-procurement registration before uploading their technical and financial proposals. Ensure the online PSID payment follows the prescribed procedure and submit before the portal deadline.
