Hvac Chiller Compressor And Pabx System Upgradation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a Danfoss Turbo Core compressor for a magnetic-bearing type electrical centrifugal HVAC chiller at SBP-BSC Multan, with bid security of PKR 250,000, and upgradation and replacement of the existing HiPath 3550 PABX system with an advanced, up-to-date PABX system at SBP-BSC Multan, with bid security of PKR 175,000. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available through EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must upload scanned bid-security copies with their electronic bids and submit the original bid security to the Engineering Unit, Mezzanine Floor, State Bank of Pakistan, Pul Mouj Darya, LMQ Road, Multan, before the relevant bid-opening deadline; failure to submit the original security will result in disqualification. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The compressor bid opens at 11:30 AM and the PABX system bid at 11:45 AM on the same day. Manual bids are not accepted. If the opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Pro Tip: HVAC service providers and telecommunications-system integrators should review the technical specifications for the chiller compressor and PABX replacement separately. Confirm EPADS v2.0 registration, upload the scanned security with each bid and deliver the corresponding original instrument to the SBP-BSC Engineering Unit before opening.
