Description
Execution of the Development Package for Dalbandin Phase-II under the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on percentage rates, with an estimated cost of PKR 248,062,251. Bids must be submitted electronically through the BPPRA supplier dashboard by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open at 12:00 PM on the same day. Procurement is governed by the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligibility criteria include completion of three similar assignments worth at least PKR 10 million each during the previous three years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 20 million in the three preceding years, active taxpayer status, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration and no current blacklisting by a procuring agency in Pakistan.
