Supply of Hari Card PIN mailers for Sindh Bank Limited. The tender uses the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure, and bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only by 5 November 2026 at 10:30 AM; opening is scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders must be registered on the Sindh E-PADS supplier portal and appear on the active taxpayer lists of FBR and SRB, as applicable. Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee in favour of Sindh Bank Limited.
