Installation Commissioning On Grid Solar System Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and net metering of a 100 KW on-grid solar system at DAMC. Bids are invited from eligible manufacturers and suppliers registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts and approved by AEDB. The bidding procedure requires separate sealed technical and financial proposals under a two-stage bidding process. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000, payable through a non-refundable pay order in favor of the procuring authority. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Executive Director Procurement office upon written request and payment of the prescribed fee. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening. The technical bid submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 1030 hours; the financial bid opening is to follow later, as specified in the notice. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids under applicable rules and regulations.
