Framework Contract Medicines Surgical Disposables Pindigheb Tender Notice

The Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Pindigheb, District Attock invites electronic bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers and authorised sales and service dealers for a framework contract for day-to-day local purchase and emergency purchase of medicines, surgical disposables and UHI medicines for financial year 2026-27. The estimated value is Rs. 6.5 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Bids must be prepared as technical and financial proposals and submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The scanned bid security must be uploaded online and the required original security delivered to the hospital office. The closing date is 4 November 2026 at 1100 hours and bids will open on the same date at 1130 hours through the portal. Separate open competitive bidding uses the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Prices must include applicable taxes and duties.
