Mes Multan Garrison Maintenance And Construction Works Tender Notice

Military Engineer Services, Office of ACE (Army), 2 Corps Multan Cantt invites tenders for removal of arsenic media and maintenance of 12 water filtration plants at Multan Garrison; removal of arsenic media and maintenance of 11 water filtration plants at Multan Garrison; repair and maintenance of the HVAC system of Ante Hall and Auditorium at DTC Multan; construction of residential and non-residential buildings, major and abnormal repairs and external facilities at Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Khanewal, Abdul Hakim, Sahiwal and Okara Garrisons; provision of external electrical services, water supply, sewerage, roads, boundary walls, tubewells and vehicle sheds at the same locations; and running contracts for bazaar supplies and B&R and E&M store items. Approximate costs are Rs. 11 million each for the first three works, Rs. 500 million for construction and repairs, Rs. 200 million for external services and Rs. 50 million for running supply contracts. Applicants must submit credentials and evidence of relevant experience. PEC registration in the relevant category is mandatory. Only contractors on the approved MES list C or above with relevant experience may apply. Applicants must certify that they are not involved in litigation with government departments and that no outstanding special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation is pending against them. Applications must reach ACE (Army), 2 Corps Multan Cantt by 9 November 2026 at 1130 hours. Tenders will open on the same date at 1200 hours. Contractors may attend the opening.
