Procurement Load Balancer Waf Backup Hci Support Tender Notice
Description
The Project Implementation Unit of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement Project, Government of Punjab, invites bids for procurement of a load balancer and web application firewall (WAF), an offline backup solution, and renewal of existing hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) warranty and support. The project has received financing from the World Bank under Credit No. 7041-PK. Procurement will follow the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated November 2020 using the single-stage one-envelope procedure and a national market approach. The procurement comprises Lot 1: F5 licences and appliance for disaster recovery, bid security Rs. 2,000,000; Lot 2: offline backup tape library solution, bid security Rs. 400,000; and Lot 3: HCI warranty and support renewal, bid security Rs. 1,000,000. Eligible bidders with relevant experience may download the English bidding documents from https://pulse.gop.pk/. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bids must be delivered by 18 November 2026 at 1100 hours and will be publicly opened on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders’ representatives. Each bid must include the applicable bid security in the form of a CDR or unconditional bank guarantee.
