Description

Procurement of stationery, printing materials, cost of other items, computer stationery, other goods, entertainment and gifts, furniture, machinery and information technology equipment for the Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab. Bidders, including manufacturers, authorized dealers and sellers engaged in trading, must be registered with relevant registration authorities and Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, with the required bid security instrument also submitted physically before the deadline. Each bidder must submit a single package containing separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped in accordance with the tender documents, together with a call deposit receipt. Unit prices, total prices and sales tax must be quoted, and prices must include installation and commissioning. Brand-new original goods meeting specifications must be supplied and installed at the Civil Secretariat, Lahore, within 15 days of the purchase order. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of earnest money or security and blacklisting. Bid security is 5% of the estimated procurement price and may be submitted as a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order in favor of the Section Officer (General), Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab. The original security instrument must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the electronic bid submission deadline. Electronic bids close on 6 November 2026 at 1100 hours and open on the same day at 1130 hours. Late bids will be rejected.
