Construction And Maintenance Of Military Facilities Tender Notice

Tender for removal of arsenic media and maintenance of 12 water points and 11 water points at Mtn Gar; repair and maintenance of HVAC systems at the Ante Hall and Auditorium at DTC Mtn; construction of residential and non-residential buildings, major and abnormal repairs, and external facilities at Multan, DG Khan, Khanewal, Abdul Hakim, Sahiwal and Okara garrisons; provision of external services including electrical installations, water supply, sewerage, roads, boundary walls, tubewells and vehicle sheds at the same locations; and a running contract for bazaar supply and stores of buildings and roads (B&R) and electrical and mechanical (E&M) items at these locations. Approximate costs are Rs. 11 million each for the two arsenic-media and water-point maintenance works, Rs. 11 million for HVAC repair and maintenance, Rs. 500 million for construction and repairs, Rs. 200 million for external services, and Rs. 50 million for the running supply contract. Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. Applications will be scrutinized, and documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and compliance with special conditions. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and submit a registration copy; unregistered contractors are ineligible. Only firms on the approved MES list C above with relevant experience may apply. Contractors must certify that they are not involved in litigation with government departments and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation, E-in-C's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi, is outstanding. Tenders must be received by 9 November 2026 at 1130 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. Eligible contractors may attend the opening.
