Construction of missing links in Iqbal Sector, Gomal Road, and allied works at LDA City, Lahore, with an estimated cost of PKR 217,144,228, bid security of PKR 10,857,211, a completion period of five months, and required Pakistan Engineering Council category C-3 or above; and construction of a brick wall and parking area for open space in Block G and the adjacent area at LDA City, Lahore, with an estimated cost of PKR 46,007,093, bid security of PKR 2,300,355, a completion period of three months, and required PEC category C-5 or above. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold valid PEC licences with the specified specialized codes, and have active filer NTN and PNTN registrations. Electronic bids must be submitted by 9 November 2026 at 9:30 AM, with technical proposals opening at 10:00 AM on the same day. Financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. Bid security of 5% must be submitted digitally through the prescribed e-procurement mechanism.
