Construction Nature Enclave Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of a general contractor for establishment of Nature Enclave, preserving the balance of nature, in Lahore. The estimated cost is approximately PKR 4,311 million, with an approximate covered area of 153,761 square feet and a required Pakistan Engineering Council category C-A. The scope includes construction of buildings and infrastructure development, civil works, architectural works, plumbing, electrical works, mechanical works, firefighting systems, and external development works, together with the necessary materials, labour, formwork, tools, and machinery. Eligible applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit prequalification proposals electronically in accordance with the prequalification document and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Proposals must be submitted by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open on the same day at 11:30 AM. Submissions through any other method will not be considered. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply. Detailed requirements and conditions are available in the prequalification documents.
