Construction Of Sports Ground And Link Road Tender Notice

Construction and rehabilitation of the sports ground in village Chakoha, Tehsil Dina, District Jhelum, with an estimated cost of PKR 70 million and bid security of PKR 2,100,000; and construction of the link road from Rohtas to Gurdwara, Tehsil Dina, District Jhelum, with an estimated cost of PKR 21.415 million and bid security of PKR 642,450. The schemes are based on the MRS second biannual 2026 schedule for the period from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. Eligible contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for financial year 2026-27. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted by 9 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and will open at 2:30 PM on the same day at the District Council Jhelum office. Bid security must be submitted through the e-procurement system. Rates must be quoted item-wise and be clearly readable; incomplete, ambiguous, unfilled, unsigned, unstamped, or unreadable bids will be rejected. Where the lowest bid is equal to or less than 5% of the estimated cost, additional performance security from 5% to 10%, including the bid security already deposited, must be submitted through a scheduled bank within 15 days of notice. The successful contractor must execute the agreement on the prescribed stamp paper within seven days of the acceptance letter. Fake documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting.
