Scada Monitoring System Wasa Multan Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for implementation of digital real-time monitoring system and modernization of disposal stations and tubewells through SCADA system under Punjab Development Program. Estimated cost Rs. 229,840,200 with bid security amounting to Rs. 4,596,804 (2%). Contractors must have PEC category C-3 or above with EE-09 and EE-11 codes and registration with FBR and PRA. Bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS with technical and financial proposals. Procurement governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Regulations 2024. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial evaluation.
