Procurement Milk Centrifuge Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one milk centrifuge on a free-on-road basis for the Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority, Home Department, Government of the Punjab. The estimated cost is PKR 2,000,000, and bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 40,000 is required. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders and suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities in Pakistan and on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the open competitive bidding method using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids, including supporting documents, must be uploaded electronically using the PDF upload method by 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will open electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM in the committee room of the PAFDA building at Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with valid authority letters. Bid security must be submitted digitally through the e-procurement system; physical CDRs, pay orders, and bank guarantees are not accepted. Bidding documents are available free of charge through the e-procurement and PPRA websites. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, opening will occur on the next working day at the same time.
