Annual contract for round-the-clock repair and maintenance services for patient lifts at Children Hospital Faisalabad for one year, extendable for an additional year. Services must be available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, including Sundays and public holidays, in accordance with the schedule of requirements. Bidding documents containing the scope of services, terms, and conditions are available from the designated hospital officer and through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Technical evaluation will be conducted against mandatory criteria, and only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial evaluation.
