Description
Procurement and installation of an earthing and lightning arrester system for an estimated amount of PKR 1,000,000. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers engaged in trading must be registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities, including income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Complete electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10 November 2026 at 9:00 AM, and bids will open at 9:30 AM on the same day. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited digitally through 1Bill and PSID on the e-procurement portal, and electronic proof must accompany the bid. Bidders must quote the brand name and complete description of the items in the technical and financial proposals. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Hard copies are not required, and corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected, or incorrectly packaged submissions will be rejected. If the opening date is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the opening date. The procuring agency is not responsible for costs incurred in preparing or submitting bids.
