Construction Appliance Performance Laboratory Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of a general contractor for establishment of the Punjab Appliance Performance and Energy Excellence Laboratory, Lahore. The estimated cost is approximately PKR 3,422 million, with a covered area of approximately 115,000 square feet and required Pakistan Engineering Council category C-A. The scope includes construction of buildings and infrastructure development comprising civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, firefighting, and external development works, together with all necessary materials, labour, formwork, tools, and machinery. Eligible applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit prequalification proposals electronically in accordance with the prequalification document and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Proposals must be submitted by 25 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open on the same day at 11:30 AM. Submissions through any other mode will not be considered. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply. Detailed eligibility requirements and conditions are contained in the prequalification documents.
